Each session is tailored to the specific needs of each individual client.

Vision with Purpose Discovery Session:

In this 60 minute session, we’ll get clear on what obstacles have been sabotaging you from seeing your vision and begin sketching out a map to start living your life with meaning and purpose.  You’ll gain clarity, vision and purpose!

1:1 Deep Dive Coaching Session:

  • 90-Minute 1:1 coaching session
  • Uncover what has you stuck on a specific area of your life
  • Discover some powerful breakthroughs on ways to move forward. 
  • Get clear on action steps towards goal

Nourish With Purpose Group Workshop:

  • 6-week group workshop focused on whole food nutrition and mindful living.
  • Reclaim your health and happiness with real food and mindful practices to nourish all of you.
  • Offered online setting through a web-based video platform or a live local workshop.
  • Groups meet for 90 minutes to discuss a different topic each week.
  • Groups are kept to a minimum of no more than 10 people to encourage supportive relationship and community.

1:1 Coaching:

  • 90-Day customized focused program to meet your lifestyle goals
  • Health & Life coaching is traditionally accomplished over the phone. 
  • Coaching may be available over different web-platforms. 
  • Sessions are usually weekly, over the phone and/or over the web. The sessions are 45 minutes per week although I ask clients to devote at least an hour.  A follow up communication includes resources, tips, suggestions, reminders and information.
